Just check if you plan on using it away from the wall. If it's a refurb, they might have already done that. While it can be replaced, getting inside a Surface is not for the feint of heart. The battery might be a different story though. My only concerns would be the SSD and battery, since it's tough to know how many write/power cycles they've had since the original owner bought it. I'm probably going to toss Linux on it at some point, since you can get distros that have a smaller memory footprint and GNOME 44 has better touch gesture support than Windows does.ħ660U with 16GB of RAM is plenty. Mine's the 7300U model with 4GB of RAM though. I have one and still use it mainly just for browsing.
